There are (3) ways to look for products and product information on our website:
1. The "Moving Supplies" left hand scrolling column;
2. The "Product Index" link at the bottom of each page; and
3. The "Category Index" link at the bottom of each page -both of these links take you to a single page with a complete listing/links to all of our products within the store.
There are (3) levels of detail on each category-product page:
1. Clicking a Category, such as boxes will take you to its category page with all items on it;
2. The "more information" Arrow Link on each product and/or service will take you to that product's information page which will provide more detail on that product; and
3. The "Extended Information" Tab Link under the product on the main product page will provide you with tips and tricks to help you with your packing!
Additional Moving Tips are located under the "Moving Tips" link at the top of every webpage. Here you will find additional important information that you need to know when contracting with service providers. This information includes a booklet on your rights and how to safely contract with service providers so that you protect your rights.
We are currently launching our "Select-a-Move" (tm) Universal Moving Services Quotation System which will allow you to enter your information once and have qualified service providers compete for your business! This quotation form is found by clicking the "Moving Quotes" link which is also found at the top of each page
Please check out our extensive "Help" section which you can click on at the top right of each page and also at the bottom of each page. We have compiled a very extensive Help (FAQ) section that will answer most of the questions you may have that is based on our years of experience serving the needs of consumers online.
However, If you cannot find the answer to your question under our Help section, feel free to call our Toll Free number listed below. We know how annoying most customer service lines are today with a seemingly endless menu of selections that you must go through first. At PacKing.com, our customer service line does not waste your time with menus and sub menus of selections. If the system cannot connect you directly to one of our customer service reps, the system will prompt you to leave us a voicemail so that you are not kept on perpetual hold - there is nothing more frustrating! Just leave us a voicemail.
Rest assured, once you leave your voice message, one of our representatives will return your call as soon as possible. During normal business hours (M-F 9A-5P EST), this could be almost immediate or within a few mintues.
On the weekends or before or after our normal business hours M-F, it could take a little longer.
